ok well i really dont no what like an ethical issuse is so it would really help if u give me an ex. on an ethical issuse related to space travel and like what a ethical issue is???
I don't really see how there is an ethical arguement on space travel. Other than time, money and resources that are spent on it that could be otherwise used for more humanitarin efforts.
Still, (I'll have to look it up) there was a gentleman who worked for NASA, that wrote a letter to a nun working in a starving nation… it was a reply to a letter she worte him, asking how he could support funding for a space program when that money could be spent to feed the hungry people of the world instead. Wouldn't earhtly problems being sovled take priority over the "hobby" of space travel?
Well…
(hang on a few minutes, I'll dig up the letter!)

You only have to read up until he explains the results of the "microscope" to understand that, "learning, understanding and knowledge" is a more powerful tool in helping earthly problems than merely giving a person food.
"Give a man a fish, he eats for a day."
"Teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime."
I suppose an analogous phrase would be,
"Pay the poor a dollar, they can survive another day."
"Pay to solve the problems of poverty, it diminishes exponentially."
